The Single Entry Event Participant Visa (C10) is for individuals traveling to Indonesia to participate in events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, or competitions, without engaging in any paid employment or business activities.
1. Duration and Validity:
* Typically allows an initial stay of up to 60 days.
* The visa is single-entry, meaning once you leave Indonesia, the visa becomes invalid, and you’ll need a new visa to re-enter.
* Extensions may be possible, but generally only for a short period depending on the event’s duration.
2. Requirements:
* Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
* Recent passport-sized photograph
* Bank statement showing sufficient funds
* Invitation letter from the event organizer detailing the event and your role
3. Application Process:
* Apply at an Indonesian embassy or consulate in your home country or country of residence.
* For some nationalities, the e-Visa system may be available, where you can apply online with the help of the event organizer.
